One Page, All Services – We have merged our three services online, meaning you have a clearer view of each property and the services they are signed up for.


  • Properties – View properties and their services, with the ability of adding a service within each property screen, as well as viewing information specific for each safety check.
  • Quotes – Keep on top of quoted works. At the bottom of the Property Screen, find a snap shot of the latest safety check and if Smarthouse have provided a quote for additional works.
  • Invoices – All your invoices easily accessible in one spot! This is in addition to our current procedure of forwarding invoices via email.
  • Properties Due – Have your Smarthouse BDM set your Agency up on our reminder service. We take the hassel out of remembering when services are due, but leave YOU in control!
  • Staff – New Property Managers on board? Set up or remove Property Managers for your Agency. Smarthouse are always happy to assist with training new staff for all things safety check related, so please reach out to your BDM and arrange a time for us to chat to your new team members.
